Situated in the heart of downtown Harrisonburg, Mashita offers finely crafted, made from scratch cuisine utilizing fresh ingredients from vendors throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Driven by the idea of providing new diversity to the local culinary scene, Mashita has grown from humble roots as a food truck favorite into a downtown restaurant with a kitchen and staff capable of catering for hundreds.
November 2025 Update: our model has shifted away from table service to a quick service format! Guests are still welcome to dine in with us while enjoying made to order food -OR- when enjoying our hot bar option! We appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate this new terrain. We will be making improvements and tweaks to our business model in January to better serve our guests! Thank you for your understanding!
