Thank you for your interest in cooking classes! I am working towards hosting classes at our current restaurant location beginning in November and December 2025 through online registration portals, and am also offering private in home cooking classes for those interested! I envision a community kitchen space where learning, entertainment, and social interaction are at the heart of hands-on experiences, while appealing to a wide spectrum of ages and skill levels.

To address some of the most frequently asked questions, I have provided a bit of information about initial programming, expected costs, and expected time frames for classes. Please keep in mind that Mashita provides the equipment, location, ingredients, takeout boxes, utensils, as well as professional instruction, which influences the per person cost for the launch of our cooking class programs. Classes are appropriate for teenagers and adults, and some classes are designed especially for younger children with the intention of building foundational cooking skills, introductory knowledge, and the confidence to cook independently and creatively. We hope to keep the cost of kids classes reasonable, with most starting at $25, and adult classes starting at $45 per person. Pricing is influenced by the theme, ingredients, expected time frame of the class, and equipment needed. Some classes include a larger amount of take home goodies and may be priced higher than other classes. Take a look below for some samples of previous classes are listed below. Keep your eye on our calendar! Let’s cook together!
